1. General Bequest (a fixed amount or percentage):

"I give and bequeath to the Missouri State Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Columbia, Missouri, Federal Tax ID Number 43-1940611, the sum of $[amount] (or [percentage]% of my estate) to be used for its general purposes."

2. Specific Purpose Bequest:

"I give and bequeath to the Missouri State Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Columbia, Missouri, Federal Tax ID Number 43-1940611, the sum of $[amount] (or [percentage]% of my estate) to be used to support [specific program, project, or purpose]. If at the time of my death the specified use is no longer necessary or practical, I authorize the Foundation’s Board of Directors to apply my gift to the area of greatest need."

3. Residual Bequest (what remains after other gifts are made):

"I give and bequeath all (or [percentage]%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to the Missouri State Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Columbia, Missouri, Federal Tax ID Number 43-1940611, for its general purposes."

4. Contingent Bequest (only if primary beneficiaries do not survive):

"In the event that any of my primary beneficiaries do not survive me, I give and bequeath their share to the Missouri State Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Columbia, Missouri, Federal Tax ID Number 43-1940611, for its general purposes."​
